We’ll ask the right questions, be straightforward about what’s realistic, and give you an honest picture of what building with Anastasia Homes actually looks like. If we’re the right fit, we move forward. If we’re not, we’ll tell you that too — we’d rather you find the right builder than start a project that isn’t set up for
success.
2. Design & Planning
Once we’ve decided to move forward together, we get into the details — and this phase is everything. We work hand-in-hand with our architect and interior designer to turn your vision into a real set of plans. We’ll guide you through selections: finishes, fixtures, materials, and all the decisions that make a house yours. From there, we build a detailed project plan with a clear, itemized budget and a realistic construction timeline. You’ll know exactly what to expect — and when — before a single shovel goes in the ground. No guesswork, no surprises.
3. We Build
This is where everything comes together. Our team manages every phase of construction —site work, framing, mechanical, finishes — with the same precision that’s defined our builds along the Connecticut shoreline for over a decade. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact throughout, weekly updates throughout the project, and full visibility into where your project stands. No chasing us down for answers. 4. You Get the Keys — and Our Commitment Continues
At the end of construction, we do a thorough final walkthrough together. We go room by room, address anything that needs attention, and make sure every detail meets the standard we promised. Then we hand over the keys to a home that’s built to last.
