We do a final walkthrough together, address any last details, and hand over a home that’s built to last. Every Anastasia Homes build is backed by Connecticut’s new home warranty law (CGS Chapter 827), which provides your home with:
- A 1-year warranty on workmanship, materials, and all fixtures and structures — covering the entire home as delivered
- An implied warranty of habitability — your home is built to be safe, sound, and livable from day one
- A building code compliance warranty tied to your Certificate of Occupancy, confirming every system meets Connecticut’s standards
- Protection that cannot be waived or removed by the sales contract or deed
