• A 1-year warranty on workmanship, materials, and all fixtures and structures — covering the entire home as delivered
• An implied warranty of habitability — your home is built to be safe, sound, and livable from day one
• A building code compliance warranty tied to your Certificate of Occupancy, confirming every system meets Connecticut’s standards
• Protection that cannot be waived or removed by the sales contract or deed
