We transformed this stunning home by demolishing an underutilized sunroom and removing part of the second-floor roof to create a spacious new primary bedroom, bathroom, and sunroom. The new sunroom boasts oversized windows that flood the space with natural light, heated floors, and custom-built cabinetry.

The upstairs primary suite showcases exquisite custom millwork, heated floors, a striking 950-pound concrete bathtub, custom built-ins, and a luxurious 7-foot shower with floor-to-ceiling tile.

Additionally, we revitalized the entire home by repainting the exterior, replacing the roof, installing custom exterior trim, adding new masonry steps, refinishing the hardwood floors, and modernizing an outdated brick fireplace with a sleek, smooth stucco finish. Working on this home was an incredible and rewarding experience!
